1. Ditch the Sales Pitch – Add Value Instead 
If you’re still relying on “just listed” or “just sold” posts or flyers, you’re blending into the noise. Instead of push marketing, pull customers in by offering relevant content whether they’re in “real estate mode” or not. Why should they follow you if all you do is list properties they aren’t interested in right now?

How to do it: Use your social media platforms to share tips on navigating the property market, insights into local communities, or even personal stories about your experiences as an agent.

2. Know What Makes Your Audience Tick 
Instead of sending out vague messages like “I can help you buy or sell anywhere,” dive deep into the specific needs of your specific target market.

How to do it: Engage with your target market in local Facebook groups or conduct informal surveys. Ask recent clients why they moved and what challenges they faced. You might find, for example, that your target market is obsessed with school districts or reducing commute times.

3. Create Content That Cuts Through the Noise 
Instead of relying on endless property listings or generic market reports, your content should speak directly to your ideal clients' real concerns and dreams.

How to do it: Include personal anecdotes or success stories that show you understand their challenges. Are you working with clients struggling to upsize due to rising interest rates? Share a story about how you helped a client navigate that same issue.
