A significant untapped resource for growth is a property manager's personal network. Casual conversations with friends, family, and tradespeople can lead to valuable new business opportunities. Many property managers find success by actively seeking referrals and listening for potential leads.

2. Engage your sales team
While property managers may assume all potential investor clients are referred to them, sales agents are often more focused on closing deals. Aligning with sales teams and encouraging them to inquire about investors during callbacks or walk-throughs can prevent these opportunities from slipping away.

3. Maximise your social media 
In today’s digital landscape, a strong online presence is more important than ever—and not just for salespeople! Anthony suggests embracing personal branding through social media, testimonials, and Google reviews to boost visibility and credibility, helping attract new clients and grow their businesses.
