By creating that early touchpoint, agents demonstrate a united front, increasing the likelihood of securing the listing and building confidence in the process from the start.

Effective teamwork doesn’t stop at securing a listing; it’s essential throughout the entire campaign. Reid points out that agents often miss opportunities to leverage their team’s social media presence. "It’s a missed chance for agents to show a greater level of activity,"

Andy explains, noting that cross-promotion of team members' auctions not only benefits the agency but also reinforces to vendors that they are working with a well-coordinated, supportive team.
