Australia property values have risen again, with tight supply counteracting inflation and high interest rates. According to the CoreLogic Home Value Index that dropped this morning, home values increased 0.6 per cent in April, which adds about $4720 to the national median dwelling value. Set to debut at the 3D Virtual Property Expo in October, OneMap3D Beta will provide home buyers with immersive 3D walk-throughs of newly launched, but yet to be built condominium projects and their surrounding environments.
