Good Morning from Elite Agent
Are you looking to dial up your appraisal to listing conversion rates and secure more listings and more sales? Business, work and behaviour expert Daniel Pink says the ‘Pixar Pitch’ can be used to pitch or sell almost anything - even you selling your services at a listing appointment. The theory is based on the six-line story structure Pixar producers use in every one of their movies (Yes, we mean Toy Story!). Not only does it keep the pitch short and sharp, but it also uses the power of targeted storytelling to pull viewers (or, in your case, vendors) into the narrative, which makes you more compelling. Daniel explains it more here.
Today we are covering:

However, before you proceed, it's crucial to understand how to mitigate potential risks, use AI ethically, create more personalised content, and handle process changes.
Sam has created a comprehensive 12-step guide for real estate leaders who want to implement AI.
If you've been focusing more on "how" rather than "why" and "what" of AI lately, this resource is for you.

Tax changes force investors to sell
The Netherlands is expected to see a second wave of rental properties hitting the market as tax changes are expected to spook property owners. Due to upcoming changes in tax regulations, larger and medium-sized landlords will follow small investors who have already started selling their rentals. Experts believe the removal of the 1 million euro interest deduction threshold in the new tax plan will significantly impact private companies, forcing many to sell their properties to meet financial obligations.
