According to the Property Council of Australia (PCA) Office Market Report July 2024, the overall office vacancy rate across the country fell from 14.8 per cent to 14.6 per cent over the six months to July this year. As Aussies face a housing crisis, with median property prices hitting $1 million, many are curious about property values in Paris, especially with the Olympic Games dominating the news cycle right now. Money expert, Effie Zahos, says that while Australian property prices have surged 34 per cent since the pandemic, Paris has seen a decline in property prices over the past year. Comparatively, a three-bedroom house in Greenacre, Sydney, costs around AUD$1 million, whereas a four-bedroom house in Saint-Denis, Paris, is priced at AUD$1.02 million, with central city units in Paris being more expensive than those in Sydney.
