TODAY'S FEATURE Stop blaming the market for quiet weekendsYou can't control shifting tax laws, doom-and-gloom headlines or skittish buyers. What you can control is what happens between an open home and a signed contract β and most agents skip the step that matters most. Mark McLeod, Ray White Group's Chief Strategy Officer, says the agents thriving right now aren't the ones waiting for sentiment to improve. They're the ones running a process that turns quiet weekends into moving stock. |

TOGETHER WITH KOLMEO Kolmeo and FLK it over join forces to simplify lease signing for property managersEvery property manager knows the feeling: lease is signed, and now it's copy, save, rename, file, cross fingers it lands in the right tenancy folder. Kolmeo and FLK It Over have just removed that step entirely. Create the tenancy in Kolmeo, send the lease through FLK It Over, and the signed agreement returns automatically to the correct tenancy record β no manual filing required. It matters because Kolmeo's own research found 65 per cent of property managers say work regularly falls through the cracks because of systems and processes, and this is one less crack for leases to slip through. Take a look at how the integration works. Learn more β |

TRUE OR FALSE: One Times Square β the tower the New Year's Eve ball drops from, one of the most photographed addresses on earth β sat almost completely empty for nearly 30 years, on purpose.
