Good Morning from Elite Agent

James Clear is a bit of a guru when it comes to creating habits that work, decision-making and continuous improvement. And if you don’t already get his 3-2-1 newsletter in your inbox (along with The Brief, of course!) then you should. James says when you’re looking to find your point of difference, it’s not your individual strengths, but the combination of your strengths that will set you apart in life and business. “You will find talented people in every area of life. It's the combinations that are rare,” he says. And for a little more inspiration from James this morning, revisit his top tips on building good habits here.

Today we are covering:

  • Laing+Simmons levels up with DV training

  • Emma Challen: Standing out in a competitive market

  • The Brisbane penthouse capturing attention

  • Units almost as expensive as houses to rent

  • And much more!

King Charles’ vision coming to fruition.

Poundbury, King Charles III’s visionary model town, is just a few years away from completion. Construction started in 1993 on his land in Dorset, and works are set to be finished in 2028. The town, reflecting traditional English architecture and sustainable urban planning, already houses more than 5000 residents and hosts 2,730 workers. Despite initial criticism for its perceived artificial nature, Poundbury has grown into a thriving community, praised for its pedestrian-centric design and mixed-use development. With its blend of Georgian houses, Dorset cottages, and local amenities, the town continues to fulfil King Charles's dream of an integrated, attractive urban environment. More here.
