Good Morning from Elite Agent
About 48 per cent of Elite Agent readers say “the sky’s the limit” when it comes to how humanoid robots could add value in the real estate industry. That result comes from our snap poll in Movers + Shakers, following the Boston Dynamics launch of its new, fully electric, version of its humanoid robot, called Atlas, last week. And it seems 92 per cent of you believe robots could have a role in the industry, with just 8 per cent of readers tipping “that’s never going to happen”. Some of you (19 per cent) say “ChatGPT is enough for now”, while 17 per cent believe a robot could help at opens or auctions and 8 per cent of you say robots could perform routine inspections.
And if you want all of the big moves in the real estate industry straight to your inbox every Sunday, subscribe to Movers + Shakers here.

Smart glasses give auction insight
Virtual reality smart glasses have the potential to bring greater transparency to the real estate industry and help auctioneers and agents improve their craft. But, according to top auctioneer, Andy Reid, they won’t become widely used until they are mainstream in people’s homes. More here.

Deal or no deal
Travis Kelce certainly doesn’t have any ‘bad blood’ with the Kansas City Chiefs, with the NFL star following in his famous girlfriend’s (it’s Taylor Swift, in case you didn’t know) very wealthy footsteps to secure a monster two-year $US34.25 million ($A52.5m) contract extension. The deal makes Kelce the highest paid tight end in the league. And, to secure the deal, he no doubt had to use some cool negotiating skills. One real estate coach that knows how to stitch together the perfect deal is Pancho Mehrotra. Discover his tips for creating value and leverage, here.
