Ring in health, sleep like a CEO

Harcourts WA CEO, Shane Kempton, is a big fan of tracking his sleep with the Oura Ring, so we can’t help but wonder what he would think of Samsung’s Galaxy Ring. It get’s released later this month and monitors more than sleep, including heart rate, temperature, and activity. The titanium ring also gives you detailed insights into physical and mental health through Samsung's Galaxy AI, including personalised recommendations and an Energy Score based on daily metrics. Speaking of energy, coach Claudio Encina says the quality of the energy, not the effort, you put into each task will have the biggest benefit on your results. More on that here.
