Domain has launched its Apple Vision Pro app, redefining how buyers can search for their next home. Users can navigate homes and neighbourhoods with their eyes, hands and voice, including being able to simultaneously view multiple listings and floor plans, as well as immersing themselves in a street or neighbourhood before they physically visit the property. The US property market is on the brink of a dramatic collapse, according to financial expert Chris Vermeulen. The founder of The Technical Traders predicts that both residential and commercial property values could plummet as much as 30 per cent within three years due to rising financial strain among Americans, evidenced by weak retail sales and increasing job losses. Despite this grim outlook, the National Association of Realtors maintains that low housing inventory might help stabilise prices in the near future. More here.
