NSW no grounds evictions bill calls for submissions
The deadline for submissions into NSW no grounds eviction laws is approaching, with concerns landlords' rights are going to be hurt. The Rental Specialists Managing Director and Principal, Jo Natoli, says landlords could end up with a “tenant for life” under the changes and renters will find it tougher to get into a property. However, renters do need some degree of certainty given the stress that comes with being evicted. More here.
