Good Morning from Elite Agent

Mark McLeod recently shared some words of wisdom about the best way to get out of a listings slump, emphasising that prospecting is a “big rock” that must always take priority. To add to this we decided to ask readers of Movers + Shakers what they do when things aren’t going their way, and 27 per cent said hitting the phones was their top prospecting technique. But very close behind was digging into the database (25 per cent), while engaging with old clients (24 per cent) and doubling up on opens (24 per cent) tied as the third and fourth most popular prospecting method.

Aston Martin, the renowned British luxury car brand, has announced its entry into the UAE's luxury branded residence market. In partnership with Dar Global, Aston Martin unveiled 'The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin,' a beachfront residential development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, with a gross development value of Dh900 million ($368 million). Due for completion by December 2028, the project marks Aston Martin's first real estate venture in the Middle East, promising a blend of sophisticated design and high-performance craftsmanship in a new luxury lifestyle destination. Prince’s timeless purple reign

American singer-songwriter Prince was born on this day in 1958. With a full name of Prince Rogers Nelson, the iconic pop star revolutionised the music industry with his eclectic sound and flamboyant stage presence. Known for hits like Purple Rain and When Doves Cry, he won seven Grammy Awards and sold more than 100 million records worldwide. Prince's influence extended beyond music as he championed artists' rights, famously battling record labels for creative control and ownership of his master recordings. And who could forget that he, at one point, changed his name to an unpronounceable glyph, which meant some referred to him as ‘Symbol’ or ‘The artist formerly known as Prince’.
