Sign language makes auctions accessible
Ray White Noble Park has catered to the hearing-impaired by providing an Auslan interpreter to sign the call of a live auction. Principal Allison Grant said the vendor for 28 Jacana St, Nobel Park, was deaf, as was his daughter, so she suggested an Auslan interpreter to make the auction process more accessible. Dubai's property market defies all odds
Real estate agents and property developers are winning in a hot Dubai market right now, despite earlier predictions of a slowdown. Property values have increased for 15 straight quarters for selling agents and 13 quarters for rents. The boom has defied concerns about the Israel-Hamas war, rising costs, and reduced interest from wealthy Russians. Instead, new buyers from Europe, India and South Asia are maintaining demand. Developers are riding this resilience, launching projects swiftly, while affordability concerns grow for mid-income buyers amidst soaring prices. More here.
