Good Morning from Elite Agent
If you feel like you need a bit of extra luck in the market right now, maybe you could take a ‘leaf’ out of Yoshiharu Watanabe’s book. The Japanese man has grown a record-breaking 63-leaf clover by hand-pollinating the plant. The feat has been recognised by Guinness World Records. And while most of you probably agree ‘luck’ is not a scientific strategy for success, Darren Krakowiak has some sage tips on how you can embrace a ‘lucky mindset’ and align your actions to reflect the opportunities that come your way. Under the Tuscan sun
Tuscany's regional authorities are offering up to £25,000 ($A40,000) for people to relocate to their sun-soaked mountain towns, aiming to combat dwindling populations. The new scheme, ‘Residency in the Mountains 2024,’ provides between €10,000 ($A16,000) and €30,000 ($A48,000) to purchase a home in towns with fewer than 5000 people, covering up to 50 per cent of the cost. Currently there are 119 Tuscan towns suffering from the population crisis. EU citizens and non-EU citizens with long-term residency can apply. More here.

Saved from demolition
Marilyn Monroe’s former Brentwood home will be designated as a historical landmark, preventing its demolition. The LA City Council’s decision follows a legal battle with the property's new owners, who had planned to demolish the house to expand their estate after purchasing it for $US8.35 million in July last year. Councillors introduced the idea of landmark status due to the home’s historical significance. We wrote about Marilyn’s place just after the new owners bought it and you can check out the pics here.
