Sydney has been named the world’s eighth wealthiest city, with 147,000 millionaires, 205 centi-millionaires and 20 billionaires calling the Harbour City home. Published each year by international wealth migration specialists Henley & Partners, the World’s Wealthiest Cities Report saw New York named the richest city, with 349,500 millionaires, 744 centi-millionaires and 60 billionaires. New York’s last artist’s lofts

Amid New York City's escalating rents, the Loft Law, which was enacted in the early 1980s, continues to shield a dwindling number of artist lofts, offering a glimpse into a bygone era of urban affordability and creativity. Originally crafted to protect artists who had converted abandoned manufacturing spaces into studios and homes, the law provides eviction protection and rent stabilisation to those who moved in before 1982, with their landlord’s consent. Peggy’s paws in Hollywood

Britain’s ugliest dog is getting ready to star in Deadpool & Wolverine alongside Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman. The pup, a crossbread of a Pug and a Chinese Crested Dog, also known as a Pugese, is named Peggy. Reynolds says he championed for Peggy to get the role because she “feels like the animal manifestation of (Deadpool’s alter-ego) Wade Wilson”.
