A new support program will allow The Agency team members to access an emergency, one-off payment of up to $5000 if they are in a domestic violence situation and need help. The Agency Group Founder, Paul Niardone, says the group wants to offer support in addition to the Federal Government program and that suits the specific needs of real estate agents. “Resolving the domestic violence crisis is not just reserved for government or the legal system, it demands a response from corporate groups and, more broadly, society as whole,” he says.
