Good Morning from Elite Agent
So today’s a pretty special day. February 29 usually only comes around once every four years, as this year is a leap year. We need a leap year because we follow the Gregorian calendar, which has 365 days. But it actually takes 365 days plus about six hours for the Earth to orbit around the sun. That means we add an additional day every four years to make up that extra time and to align the planet with its stars. We also have to sync our calendars with the seasons. If we didn’t have leap years, it would mean, centuries from now, our descendants could be celebrating Christmas in July - for real!
Today, we’re covering:
City slickers head for the coast
Autumn styling to inspire buyers
How to book 8000 appraisals
Chasing records for sick children
And much more!
Let's get to work 🚀
