The Gold Coast mixed-use development, The Landmark, will provide the city with a year's supply of office space. The $2 billion project at Mermaid Beach will create up to 11,000 sq m of A-grade office space, addressing the high demand in the market, with the vacancy rate dropping to 3.3 per cent. Imagine combining ChatGPT's conversational language skills with that of a real estate portal. What do you get? A natural language home search portal where consumers can ask questions across 950 data points of comparison on every property. Examples of these include store home delivery options, council permit history, and cellular provider coverage (to name just a few!). 

The timing of this launch is particularly significant, as it coincides with upcoming changes in the real estate industry resulting from the National Association of Realtors' settlement of commission lawsuits and likely need for buyers to access more information online. Read more here.
