Harcourts NSW/ACT CEO Katrina Tarrant might have sore feet but she also has a full heart after helping her son, Lachy Cameron, raise $33,000 for mental health awareness charity Heart on My Sleeve. Lachy, who ran almost 1000km from Brisbane to Sydney and set a record in the process, took up running following his own mental health battle four years ago. When he decided to do the charity run Katrina, and a host of supporters, decided to strap on their runners too. More here.

Greek real estate market heats up
Greek island destinations are experiencing a sharp increase in property prices as both domestic and foreign buyers flock to the market. Popular islands like Rhodes and Crete have seen significant demand for holiday homes, with prices in some areas exceeding €8,000 (AUD$13,080) per square metre. Foreign investments reached €2.1B (AUD$3.4B) in 2023, while local interest in holiday homes is rebounding for the first time since the economic crisis, particularly in less saturated regions such as Rethymno and Chania in Crete. Dylan revolutionised the music industry with his profound lyrics and distinctive voice, shaping the sound of the 1960s counterculture. Known for timeless classics like Blowin' in the Wind and Like a Rolling Stone, Dylan also played a pivotal role in the supergroup Traveling Wilburys, alongside music legends George Harrison, Tom Petty, Jeff Lynne, and Roy Orbison, who had hits like Handle With Care and End of the Line. Dylan's influence extends beyond music to literature, earning him the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2016 "for having created new poetic expressions within the great American song tradition".
