Good Morning from Elite Agent
You’ve all heard the saying, ‘You are what you eat’, but is there any truth to it? According to Dr Michael Roizen, eating the right foods can boost your performance and make you younger. The chief wellness officer from the Cleveland Clinic says despite being 78, he has a ‘biological age’ of 57.6 years. So what’s his secret? Dr Roizen eats seven specific foods each week - olive oil, salmon, trout, dark chocolate (yay!), mushrooms, avocado and cauliflower.
Harcourts WA CEO Shane Kempton is another big believer in putting the right kind of fuel in your body’s tank. In this piece on how to create a high-performance mind, Shane reveals how your brain operates and why what you fuel it with directly correlates with your ability to perform at your best or trudge through the day with a bad case of brain fog.

One street, thousands of neighbours
In the village of Sułoszowa, Poland, it’s literally all about ‘keeping up with the neighbours’—because all 6000 residents live along one 9km street! Surrounded by charming strips of farmland, the close-knit community relishes the beauty and calm of rural life, where each household adds its own colourful touch to the landscape. Aerial photos of this one-street wonder have gone viral, sparking both envy and admiration from city dwellers craving a slower, simpler life. More here.

Reading is magic!
Here’s one for all of the parents out there - this week is Children’s Book Week! And you know what that means don’t you? Yep, it’s time to dust off the costumes, or get sewing if you’re blessed with the skill (and time), to dress the kids up as their favourite book characters. This year’s theme is ‘Reading is Magic’, which focuses on the wonders that can come from sharing great stories. Some tried and true book week character costumes could include Alice in Wonderland, Harry Potter, Pippi Longstocking and, for something more modern, Max from the Funny Kid series. If you need a little more inspo, check out these Book Week costumes.
Wishing you a productive day
