Another US housing bull market

House prices in the US are on the rise again, despite the Federal Reserve keeping interest rates stubbornly high. S&P CoreLogic’s latest Case-Shiller National Home Price Index, shows that home prices grew 6.4 per cent in February and 6 per cent in January. This is the fastest rate of growth since 2022 and there could be more ahead. And with low unemployment, there are plenty of buyers still active in the market, potentially leading to more upside.
