We’ve got some more social media branding tips and Daria’s funny insta clips for you here!

Today we are covering:

  • Regional rental yields beat city returns

  • The future of apartment living

  • View.com.au’s new features

  • House price growth is slowing

  • And much more!

Let's get to work 🚀

Baby breakthrough moment

It was on this day in 1978 that the world’s first text tube baby, Louise Brown, was born after her parents, Lesley and John Brown, underwent IVF treatment. The groundbreaking IVF procedure was developed by Dr. Robert Edwards and Dr. Patrick Steptoe. Their work led to Dr. Edwards receiving the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2010. But it wasn’t until almost two years later, on June 23, 1980, that Australia’s first IVF baby, Candice Reed, was born.
