According to McKinsey, employees who find meaning in their work and feel comfortable sharing ideas and concerns are more likely to enjoy better mental health, leading to a happier workplace. To achieve this, they suggest employers foster empathetic environments, design job roles with employees in mind, and leaders should cultivate a mission-driven work culture. More here.

Brisbane leapfrogs Canberra as prices rise

Property prices hit another record high in May while Brisbane has officially overtaken Canberra as the country’s second most expensive city. Predict don’t react

Agents stuck waiting for the phone to ring and not using AI to predict leads are going to be left behind, according to AREC24 speaker, Tiffany Bova. “If you still have a mentality of I'm going to… react to when someone calls in, and you're not taking advantage of the predictive and giving those clients, ‘Know me, know what I want and when I want it’, they will go somewhere else,” she says. That’s where AI Powered Agents - Self Paced comes in.

The on-demand, digital course will help you give your clients and prospects what they want before they know they want it, boosting your business and saving you time in the process. Find out more and signup here.

Meanwhile in Germany 🇩🇪

Germany can’t keep up with housing demand

Germany is undergoing a housing crisis of its own, with demand massively outstripping supply. Due to high interest rates and construction costs, the German government is long way from achieving its ambitious goal of building 400,000 new homes per year. In 2023, only 245,000 apartments were finished with only 210,000 to be completed this year. The crisis is likely to keep upward pressure on rents in all the major cities. More here.

Get on your bike
